Fabian Peralta is a World Tango Salon Champion (2006) and one of Buenos Aires’ most respected tango maestros, admired for his impeccable technique, stage presence, and teaching at major festivals worldwide. Together with his partner Josefina Bermúdez Avila, he is recognized among the top 10 tango couples in the world.
Fabian’s dance journey began at the age of 6 with Argentine folk dance, where he performed with the National Folk Ballet of Argentina until the age of 23. Between 17 and 23, he also studied classical dance, scenography, choreographic composition, tap, flamenco, and contemporary dance at the National School of Arts in Rosario.
At 23, Fabian entered the world of tango under the guidance of maestro Mingo Pugliese. He quickly rose to prominence, performing in Buenos Aires’ most iconic tango houses, including Casa Blanca, La Ventana, Michelangelo, El Viejo Almacén, Esquina Homero Manzi, and Esquina Carlos Gardel. He also created and directed the prestigious show Corporación Tango and danced with renowned companies such as Copes Tango Copes, Tango x 2, and Solo Tango.
Since winning the World Championship, Fabian has taught classes and workshops in Buenos Aires and at major tango festivals across Europe, the United States, Asia, and Australia. His teaching emphasizes elegance, precision, and authentic connection, inspiring students everywhere to reach their highest potential in tango.
