Minimum Caps & Cancellation Policies
- Minimum Group Requirements: To run these specialized itineraries and maintain our premium group pricing tiers, we require a minimum of 10 registered participants.
- Insufficient Registration Protections: If a scheduled tour does not proceed due to a lack of sufficient registrants, all processed payments made by you or your group members will be refunded in full.
- Deposit Reservation Rules: Because we prepay our partner hotels and secure master teachers' exclusive calendar dates far in advance, your initial group deposit is non-refundable.
- Flexible Payment Schedule: All remaining balance payments submitted after your deposit are fully refundable if cancellations are requested in writing a minimum of 30 days prior to tour commencement. Cancellations within 30 days result in a forfeiture of funds.
