Flights & Logistics
- Private Airport & City Transfers: All your airport pickups, drop-offs, and city excursions are in fully insured, private vehicles with a dedicated local driver.
- Flights Not Included: Please note that international and domestic airfares are not included in our package prices.
- Flexible Daily Schedules: The exact order of your tours and activities can easily be adjusted to match your arrival dates or personal pace.
- Private Historic City Tours: Your guided city tours are completely private and hosted by an expert local guide who knows the history inside out.
Studio & Private Classes
- 1-on-1 Personalized Classes: All tango lessons are private, hosted in our professional Buenos Aires studios, and run for 1 ½ hours per session.
- English-Speaking Teachers: Our fantastic team of teachers are highly experienced and speak fluent English. (We also have talent available who speak German, Italian, and French upon request).
- Easy Studio Access: Studios are located very close to our partner hotels, making it simple and quick to get to your classes.
- Class Schedules: Lessons run Monday through Saturday. Sundays are kept open for rest, unless you specifically request a session in advance.
Milongas & Local Culture
- Your Own Tango Dance Partner: For afternoon or evening milonga outings, you will have a personal, experienced tango partner by your side to help you dance and navigate local social codes comfortably.
- Curated Free Time: We build plenty of open slots into your itinerary so you can explore parks, museums, boutique shopping, or historic markets completely at your own pace.
- Personal Shopping Sourcing: Our local shopping trips are accompanied by a knowledgeable local specialist who will guide you straight to the best artisan workshops and boutiques.
- Accommodation Options: All packages include daily breakfast. If you would like to swap properties or upgrade your hotel selection, just let our team know.
Booking Details & Policies
- Program Commitment: You are welcome to skip any classes or events if you want extra rest, but please note we cannot offer partial refunds for unused activities.
- Itinerary Adjustments: We always design your schedule to offer the absolute best combination of events. If local circumstances require a change, we will substitute it with a matching high-quality experience.
- Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing a standard travel insurance policy to keep your holiday completely protected.
- Cancellation & Refund Policy: Because we prepay our premium hotels and book our master teachers well in advance, packages are non-refundable once final arrangements are confirmed. Cancellations made in writing at least 30 days before your trip begins will receive a full refund.
