Booking Details & Policies

- Curated Social Calendar: We continuously monitor the local social dance scene to take you to the absolute best milongas and events happening that week. If local conditions shift, we will seamlessly substitute an equal, high-quality experience.
- Travel Protection: To keep your holiday entirely carefree, we highly recommend purchasing a standard travel insurance policy before your departure date.
- Cancellation & Refund Terms: Because we prepay our premium partner hotels and secure our master teachers' exclusive time far in advance, packages become non-refundable once final arrangements are locked in. Cancellations submitted in writing at least 30 days before your trip begins will receive a full refund.
